We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your business, pain points, and priorities. We’ll talk through your current bookkeeping, payroll, and HR processes and habits to identify gaps and opportunities.

We execute & monitor your bookkeeping, payroll, and HR systems with consistency and accuracy. You’ll receive regular reports and insights to help you make informed, strategic decisions.

As your business grows, we update systems, refine processes, and scale support to keep everything running smoothly.


Ongoing Optimization

You choose the service tier that fits your needs - Basic, Growth, or Premium, and we tailor it as needed to land on the level of support desired. For example, you may need more support in bookkeeping and less in HR. We both determine whether any one-time add-ons are needed, including bookkeeping backlog and/or cleanup, initial payroll setup, initial employee handbook creation, excise tax cleanup, and workflow audit & recommendations.

We gather documents, get set up on your platforms (QBO, payroll, etc.), and establish communication routines.
