My career has been focused on the small business world, and I’ve learned what makes them thrive (sound finance, HR, and payroll) and what makes owner burnout inevitable (disorganized books, inconsistent payroll, lack of systems, and non-compliance). There’s no better feeling than being able to give time and peace of mind back to weary business owners so they can focus on what they do best.

I love going behind the curtain to understand how a business functions in its current form (we listen and we don’t judge), identify gaps in process and compliance, and work to fill those gaps with sound solutions and sustainability.

I have worked with owners of all backgrounds, including healthcare, retail, non-profit, tech, event planning, and interior design.

I live with my husband and two kids in the beautiful PNW and love to glamp, travel, go to concerts, do puzzles, and cause chaos at neighborhood bunco.
